When will my order ship?

All orders will be processed within 2 days of the order being placed. It is rare that orders take more than 24 hours to ship. Next day delivery will therefore be made following this process time.

  • FREE WORLDWIDE shipping when order over £30
  • UK Postage is £2.50 per order
  • UK Special Delivery Next Day (following processing) £5 per order
  • Europe Postage £4.00
  • ROW Postage £5.00

We may be able to offer tracking services outside of the UK but please contact us prior to ordering as costs are very high from the UK.

We ask that any overseas customers who do not receive their orders firstly check with their local postal delivery office before contacting us. We will then need to wait for 28 working days before processing a replacement/refund.

If an order is returned to us as undelivered, we will contact you to discuss the options for re-sending.
