Can I return or exchange a Product?

Our standard policy is 30 days. During this time, you can return any product for replacement or refund. The product must be returned unused in the original packaging. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Any goods that have been personalised are non-refundable unless they are faulty or not as per your request.

Refunds

Once your item has been received, we will process your refund/replacement as quickly as possible.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank/credit card company as this can take a few days to be updated.

Exchanges

Return Shipping

Unless the product is defective, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service when sending returns to ensure they are received safely.
